Shipping:

Our Goal is to fulfill all orders and delivered in a timely manner. Please allow 2-7 business days of processing time. (Excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been shipped, you will be provided with a tracking number. Unfortunately, we have no control over shipping delays. 

For Preorders, please allow 2-15 business days of processing time. 

Returns:

Unfortunately, we do not allow any returns/ refunds UNLESS: If you receive your order damage or never received order at all, please email us at SM@Samoyamarie.com. We will be more than happy to assistant you!
